REVISION NOTES

We MUST MUG and YES WE WILL MUG.

we sure don't want our grades to come back as round as a plate.... choy arh!

JIAYOU OK! must pia! AI PIA JIA EH YIA!! we will all endure this whole MUGGING PROCESS together and take the papers and then after that.. WE ALL PARTTYYYYY!!

must start studying early ok? if we cramp it at the end it would suck man! and we will feel super stress. surely we dont want that!!

here are some tips i ripped from online at http://homeworktips.about.com.......

- there is no right or wrong way to study. everybody is special :)

- approach your work with prior planning.

- study in the same place (a quiet place, with ample space and away from distractions. could be your desk or the library. once you find this place, stick to it. avoid places like lying on your bed or sprawled on the sofa)

- study at the same time (find out when you can concentrate best, try to make sure not too late in the evening though)

- use a homework box (put all your files, revision notes, textbooks in this box neatly. cut down time finding them too)

- prepare a list of the chapters/ topics of all the subjects in decreasing order of difficulty levels so that you can focus easily on the difficult chapters first (take up difficult subjects every day. practise easier ones on weekends.)

- cut out all distractions (off the tv, chuck your hp aside[or with a family member in case of emergency], music turned down, and other's conversation shouldn't be in the same room as you. any other thoughts [i.e. thoughts of nigel and what not.....] should be set aside till a later time :))

- dont do a marathon [do short sprints!] (dont try to go on non-stop for hours. it would not work. do a bit first, then re-read it again. test yourself by reciting out the points or writing it down without reference. take a 5-10min break after about 30-45 mins of studying. [vision break also!] )

- reward yourself!! you have worked hard so plan to swim or catch a movie when you manage to complete a certain topic or set target
